I Remain A Highly Satisfied Customer

Having taken the decision to lease rather than purchase a new car, I found Vehicleflex offered the most competitive prices and lease terms. I was fortunate enough to deal with Brad, who I found to be very helpful and courteous at all times. He always responded to my questions promptly and ensured I was aware of the options available.

However, my most lasting impression of both Brad and Vehicleflex as a company was formed when there was an issue due to a genuine human error. Brad and the company accepted responsibility immediately and dealt with the issue to my satisfaction. The integrity and honesty demonstrated by Brad on behalf of the company was excellent. Brad went out of his way to ensure I remained a highly satisfied customer. It is my belief that you learn more about a company when things go wrong and whilst other companies will run and hide, I believe that, based on my experience, Brad and Vehicleflex will always put the customer first.
